During the Christmas season last year, I was praying to be productive in 2009. In my quiet time one morning, it was as if the Holy Spirit whispered to my heart, “Stop praying for me to make you productive and start praying to be reproductive.” Then, the Lord quickened my heart with this word: “Do not produce anything that is not worthy of reproduction.” What a reproductive year it has been! I encourage you to pray to become a reproductive leader in 2010.
Becoming a reproductive Christian leader is more than a motivation. It is a mindset. Instead of us trying to hold on to everything, the more we let go and give to others, the more reproduction can take place in our lives and ministries.
Oral Roberts typified the reproductive leader, the leader who multiplies himself with compounding effectiveness through the methodologies and systems he creates.
