The Global Church Network®
Synergizing & Mobilizing The Whole Body of Christ
To Finalizing The Great Commission
The Global Church Network continues to synergize, and mobilize in order to finalize the Great Commission. In the last several weeks, great success strides have taken place throughout Africa.
We are thrilled to inform of the remarkable Global Cairo Hub launch, with nearly 300 key leaders coming from 18 denominations. For nearly two years, strategic planning has taken place for this successful hub launch in Northern Africa. Our prayer is for the Cairo Hub to become the “Antioch” of Northern Africa.
We heard powerful teachings from:
- Rev. Ejaz Nabie, FINISH Director, New York United States
- Revs. Brian & Karen Ashworth, Belfast, Northern Ireland
- Dr. Daniel Schmid, Founder, Life Seminar, Zurich, Switzerland
- Rev. Amgad Girgis, National Bishop, Church of God and CoChair/Egypt, Global Church Network
For the next two years, ongoing leadership training will take place throughout the Body of Christ. Pastors Brian and Karen Ashworth, from Belfast, Ireland, are providing the training. We are most grateful for them!

Additionally, the FINISH West Africa Summit convened in Accra, Ghana. Networking leaders were “hand-picked” throughout 15 nations. During the summit, strategic training took place for the future Hub Leaders for Liberia, Senegal, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Gambia, Guinea, Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Togo.
We heard powerful presentations from:

FINISH South Africa Summit
Rev. Randall Van Nelson, a significant International Pentecostal Holiness Church leader in Cape Town, South Africa, and I Cohosted a FINISH Southern Africa Leadership Luncheon on March 10, 2023, at the Cape Grace Hotel, in Cape Town. More than 40 distinguished leaders from every major denomination/fellowship synergized their thinking together to begin preparations for the FINISH Southern Africa Summit scheduled to convene on April 3-5, 2023. Leaders will be invited from the nine nations that make up Southern Africa. The expected attendance will be 1,000 leaders. As in every FINISH Summit, we will focus on Find, Intercede, Network, Invest, Send and Harvest as our main plenary sessions. Speakers will be announced soon!
Several years ago, the Million Ministers Mandate coalition was formed to create enough onramps for one million new young ministers to be equipped and empowered into full-time ministry in the next 8 to 10 years. When the Million Ministers Mandate was presented to the FINISH Asia Summit, the leaders set a goal to help equip 150,000 young men and women into full-time ministry. At the recent FINISH West Africa Summit, the leaders set a goal of 75,000 trained young people into ministry in the next season of years.
So far, with only 2 FINISH Summits completed, the total goal is 225,000 young ministers trained to help complete the Great Commission! When the remaining FINISH Summits convene, we expect the ministry goal to surpass 1 million young ministers (MillionMinistersMandate.com).
FINISH Europe Summit
The Global Church Network will be hosting the FINISH Europe Summit on September 4-6, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency, The Circle, in Zurich, Switzerland. We expect 550 to 600 leaders to converge from 44 nations. There will be six main sessions named, FIND, Intercede, Network, Invest, Send and Harvest. We are fortunate for the keynote presenters for this historic gathering of every major denomination and fellowship, as we focus on what it will take to complete the Great Commission by the 2000th Birthday of Church (www.FINISHEurope.com). Each European nation is only allowed to bring 10 key networking leaders with the exception of Switzerland, the host nation.
The FINISH Europe Summit will convene at the Hyatt Regency The Circle adjacent to the Zurich International Airport. So far, 21 nations have been confirmed with a delegate of key leaders making plans to attend. If you have an interest in attending, be sure to sign up soon. Space is limited!
Global HUBs of Christianity
Powerful Hub Trainers have already been selected and are making plans to go to West Africa to help launch 15 hubs. When these West African Hubs launch, there will be more than 20 ongoing hubs in Africa. The Africa Hub Chart shows where these hubs will be located by the fall, 2023. Every Hub in the Global Hubs of Christianity, as part of the Global Church Network, synergizes the best relationships, systemizes the best training, and strategizes for unreached people groups.
At the current rate of the traditional approach, the remaining Bible languages will not be completed until 2250. Just think about that date for a moment. At the traditional pace, the world population would have to die at least twice (16 billion people) before the Bible is available in every language. The Global Church Network has been teaching for over 15 years: It is no longer the West going to the Rest, but the Best around the world going to the Rest of the world. We call it the “circumference of Christianity.”
In the past, Bible translation was handled by only a handful of organizations, but through the partnership of unfoldingWord (Unfoldingword.org). The Global Church Network, strategic Hubs will also be equipped and empowered to translate new translations in their respective region, nation or community. This approach is called Church Centric Bible Translation. We are thrilled to partner with Rev. David Reeves and his unfoldingWord team in this huge missional effort.
The Finish Declaration
The FINISH 2030-33 Initiative began at the graveside of Martin Luther, the Protestant Reformer, in Castle Church, Wittenberg, Germany. At the close of six plenary sessions on FIND, Intercede, Network, Invest, Send Harvest, Dr. Timothy Hill, General Overseer, Church of God, led all the attendees of The FINISH Declaration.
As a part of the Body of Christ, representing different church organizations, from different groups of believers from every world region, we come together to make the following commitments to FINISH the Great Commission.
We commit to FIND the rest of the unengaged, unreached people groups around the world and to engage them through denominational and organizational platforms for the purposes of cultural understanding, missional strategies, Bible translation, evangelism, church planting and discipleship. We will strive to have a Bible in every language and a missionary presence in the remaining 3000 unengaged, unreached people groups by 2030-33;
We commit to INTERCEDE throughout the entire Body of Christ for harmony in the Church, humility before Christ, healing of the sick and harvest of the lost. We will study ourselves to death and pray ourselves back to life again! We will pray to know our part in God’s heart and our role in God’s goal. We will ask our Lord to send a sweeping, weeping, reaping revival like this world has never witnessed before;
We commit to NETWORK for the synergizing and mobilizing of the entire Body of Christ toward the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Even though we may have come from different streams of Christianity, we recognize that all of us are in the
mighty river of salvation today! We pledge to not allow our egos and logos to stop us from tying relational knots for global impact throughout the Global Church and to the ends of the earth;
We commit to INVEST our time, thoughts, talents, temples and treasures into unengaged, unreached people groups and into the Kingdom of God worldwide. We choose to spend our God-given resources wisely and not duplicate the efforts of our fellow-servants. We will encourage Christ-followers everywhere to move from criticizing to complementing, from complaining to connecting and from competing with each other to completing the Great Commission together. We do not care who gets the credit as long as God gets the glory!;
We commit to SEND missionaries not only to regions where the Gospel is, but into regions where the Gospel is not in order to consistently move toward the finish line. We will measure our local church’s success not only by seating capacity but by sending capacity. We have moved from the West going to the Rest to the Best around the world going to the Rest of the world. The mission field has become a mission force!;
We commit to HARVEST together until the last person has heard the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ. We will motivate our leaders to run toward the finish line and mobilize our churches to grow and go, not dry and die! We collectively cast vision to the ends of the earth and establish a goal to FINISH by 2030-33.
