How To Have Wholeness & Wellness In Life By Dr. James O. Davis

Dear Visionary Leader,
have been pondering wholeness and wellness for many years now.

Wholeness is the state of being complete, undimmed and sound in body, mind and spirt. When we ponder wellbeing, we think of physical, mental, and emotional and relational health.

The Lord desires for us to have Christ-centered harmony in all aspects of our life. We are called to have both our private victory and our public victory. Our path to wholeness is to have the peace with God in our hearts and God of peace in our lives. Let’s think about the value of these virtues.

We are discussing the most important aspects of our life. We are focusing on our Spiritual faith, our Mental framework, our Personal family, our Internal feelings and our Relational friends. Yet, most people have more of a plan for their next 7 to 14 day vacation than they do for their faith, framework, family, feelings and friends.

According to Jesus, when the man built his house upon the rock, “he dug deep to lay the foundation.” It is the foundation that matters the most. It is the storms of life that reveal the foundation of our lives. A lot of people are all house and no or little foundation. We like to decorate the house and paint the house, but the foundation is what we cannot see for it is below the surface of our lives.

I am inviting us to consider the foundation of our lives today and invest a little bit of time in watching this video. Dr. Mike Ronsisvalle is the Founder/President of Live Well Behavioral Health. He and I have been friends for 10 plus years. Recently, I interviewed him about what matters most and what we can do to build the foundation of wholeness and wellbeing. You will love it!

I invite you to stand in the winners’ circle with your faith, framework, family, feelings, and friends. Each day is a precious gift from the Lord. We can either use it or lose it. Blessings.
